Welcome to LoopLab.

To ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience, please adhere to the following guidelines and rules. By attending LoopLab, you agree to comply with all policies outlined below.

1. Entry Requirements

  • Age Restrictions:

    • 18 and Up: Attendees aged 18 and older are welcome.

  • Identification:

    • All attendees must present a valid ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) at the entrance.

  • Tickets and Re-entry

    • Show your ticket printed or digitally on your mobile device.

    • Doors open at 19:00. Event runs 19:00 - 05:00.

    • Re-entry is allowed with the event wristband issued at entry. If a wristband is missing, damaged, or appears tampered with, re-entry will be refused.

    • Door sales may be available subject to capacity at €38 including all taxes and fees. Cash and card accepted.

    • Name transfers are allowed only under extenuating circumstances and must be cleared with the organisers before the event begins.

    • Entry is conditional on agreeing to bag and person searches by security.

2. Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Weapons: Any type of weapon, including firearms, knives, and non-lethal weapons (e.g., pepper spray), are banned.

  • Illegal Substances: Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs and substances is forbidden.

  • Outside Alcohol and Drinks: Only drinks purchased at the venue’s bar using your included 10€ drink voucher are permitted. Outside alcohol and beverages are not allowed.

  • Other Prohibited Items:

    • Glass bottles and glass containers

    • Drones, laser pointers, pyrotechnics

    • Confetti or glitter cannons

    • Any item deemed unsafe by event staff

  • Security reserves the right to refuse entry for prohibited items.

3. Dress Code

  • Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for dancing and moving throughout the night.

  • Come As You Are: LoopLab welcomes people of all genders, identities, bodies, and styles—express yourself. What isn’t welcome: discriminatory symbols, hate imagery, or clothing that targets any group.

4. Health and Safety

  • Sound and Lighting: High sound pressure levels, strobe lighting, and haze will be in use. Earplugs are recommended for your hearing safety.

  • Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the event to stay hydrated.

  • Medical Assistance: First aid and medical assistance are available on-site. If you need help, contact a staff member immediately.

  • Personal Safety: Look out for yourself and others. Report any suspicious behaviour or safety concerns to event staff or security personnel.

5. Behavior and Conduct

  • Respect Everyone: Treat all attendees, staff, and performers with respect and courtesy -

  • No Harassment or Discrimination: Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the event.

  • No Excessive Intoxication: While moderate alcohol consumption is permitted, excessive intoxication is not allowed. Staff reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone exhibiting disruptive behaviour.

  • Consent is Key: Always seek consent and respect personal boundaries. Any form of non-consensual physical contact is prohibited.

  • Crowd Etiquette: No crowd surfing and no throwing drinks. No stage access except for authorised personnel and approved areas.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Designated Areas: Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please follow all signage and instructions from event staff regarding smoking locations.

  • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited inside the venue.

7. Photography and Recording

  • Personal Use Only: You may take photos and short videos for personal use, provided you do not obstruct performers or the audience.

  • Professional Gear by Approval: Mirrorless/DSLR cameras, camcorders, audio recorders, tripods, stabilisers, flashes, or similar professional equipment require prior authorisation. Request accreditation at info@looplabgermany.com.

  • Filming Notice: The event is professionally filmed and recorded. By entering, you consent to your likeness being captured and used in LoopLab content.

8. Lost and Found

  • Personal Belongings: Keep track of your personal items. LoopLab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

  • Lost Items: If you lose something, please visit the Lost and Found area or contact event staff for assistance.

9. Venue Rules

  • Please adhere to all rules and regulations set by the venue Schrotty.

  • Emergency Exits: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits upon arrival. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel promptly.

  • Cloakroom: Standard Garderobe service will be available. Pricing and item limits will be posted on site.

10. Tickets and Fraud Prevention

  • Only valid Eventbrite QR codes will be accepted at entry. Screenshots or altered tickets may be refused. Resale should be at face value only. Third-party resale may be refused at the organiser’s discretion.

11. Compliance with Laws

  • Legal Compliance: All attendees must comply with local, state, and federal laws during the event. Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.

12. Consequences of Rule Violations

  • Ejection: Violation of any of the above rules may result in ejection from the event without a refund.

  • Bans: Individuals who violate event guidelines may be banned from future LoopLab events.

  • Legal Action: Serious offenses, such as possession of illegal substances or weapons, will be reported to authorities for appropriate legal action.

13. Contacting Staff

  • Assistance: If you need assistance at any time during the event, approach any member of the LoopLab staff or security team.

  • Feedback: We value your feedback! After the event, please fill out the contact form on our website to share your experience or report any issues.

14. Final Notes

  • LoopLab is an inclusive space. All genders, identities, bodies, and styles are welcome. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate symbols, or discriminatory behavior.

  • Respect the Space: Help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment by disposing of trash properly and respecting the venue’s property.

  • Have Fun Safely: Enjoy the music, dance, and community, but always prioritise your safety and the well-being of those around you.
